Raicam develop and commercialize the whole range of clutch transmissions for the torque management, from 160 mm to 430 mm: push and pull types with integrated release systems and actuation devices.
Our expertise is in overall torque management, including torsional damping systems, torque limiting, devices and controlled torque transmission.
Our technologies have been tailored to suit conventional drivelines, hybrid ice and electric motors, full electric vehicles, off-highway applications, aerospace.
We can develop in co-design together with the customer to ensure that the whole system can benefit from Raicam’s expertise, defining and implementing best practices of design, manufacture and assembly.
Clutch Master cylinder
Clutch Master cylinder (CMC) in full plastic technology w and w/o sensor to continuously check CMC position for ECU and Stop & Start system and take over the pedal switch function and CMC Displacement for EPB (Electric Park Brake) and take over potentiometer on the pedal axle.
Clutch Slave Cylinder
Concentric Slave cylinder (CSC) with a full plastic body and Aluminium guiding tube to assure maximum resistance against engine / crankshaft vibrations giving better reliability vs plastic chamber and no leak risk at the back, as well as more robust pollution resistance from gearbox oil.
Clutch Release Cylinder
Clutch Release Cylinder (CRC) external slave cylinder in full plastic technology, light and high quality finishing with sealing boot against pollution.
