A personalized induction plan will drive you during your first period with us. You will have the chance to develop your skills thanks to specific training actions and coaching with expert personnel.

Your manager, supported by human resources, will help you during the integration process in order to make you autonomous in your job and to focus on targets to be pursued.

There will be also specific meetings, which will take place a couple of times a year and in which you will have the opportunity to discuss various aspects relating to your professional career: from the assessment of your skills, to the training needs to improve them, to the interest in other company functions, as well as you will also have the opportunity for making comments and proposals to improve your well-being in the company.

The Human Resources service works alongside the Manager and supports you during all stages of your growth in the company, through specific HR tools and one-to-one meetings.
